Re-Opened TWA Inquiry
The Secretary of State for Transport announced on 6 March 2012 that she intended to re-open the Transport and Works Act Inquiry.
As requested in paragraph 6 of the Secretary of State's letter of 6 March, Chiltern Railways made available the application documents it has submitted to Natural England seeking the grant of a European Protected Species licence in respect of bats in Wolvercot tunnel. These are Chiltern Railways documents CRCL/RI/1 to CRCL/RI/3.

Inquiry Venue
The Inquiry re-opened at 10.00 am on Tuesday 29 May at The Kassam Stadium, Grenoble Road, Oxford, OX4 4XP and formally closed on Friday 15 June.
